Dayana Pereira offers Feldenkrais Method sessions, somatic bodywork, breathwork, and Reiki to people working through chronic pain, nervous system overwhelm, and the everyday tension of being human. Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner since 2009, Reiki Master, and XPT life coach with 15 years in practice. Originally from Uruguay, now based in Doylestown, PA, with online sessions worldwide. For continuing practice between sessions, the ONE membership offers live community classes twice a month and a five-pathway curriculum: Present, Unified, Graceful, Grounded, Radiant.
